Dr. Zoula has also worked closely with FEMA in times of natural disasters.
Ms. Revels is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for family health and welfare. As a PMHNP, Frances' talents are multifaceted. As well as clinician, she has worked as an educator, mental health advocate, therapist and scientist.

Ms. Revels is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for family health and welfare. As a PMHNP, Frances' talents are multifaceted. As well as clinician, she has worked as an educator, mental health advocate, therapist and scientist.
Ms. Revels’ career includes two decades working as an inpatient registered nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital, among other hospitals In Connecticut. In her positions, she utilized critical thinking and clinical skills to provide patient and family education, advocating for patient’s needs and addressing inequalities that impact human health. Ms. Revels is deeply aware of the family dynamics experiencing role transitions and the importance of addressing mental health as an essential component of achieving overall health and safety for individuals.
Ms. Revels joined 4C’s Hemispheric LLC to assist the armed forces veterans our company work with, many of whom are in need of trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and addressing relationship health.
Ms. Rodriguez began her career as Editorial Assistant at Hunter College, City University of New York. She went on to work with researchers at Columbia University Medical School and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City
In Houston, Ms. Rodriguez has worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center and McGovern Medical School, University of Texas, before joining 4C’s Hemispheric LLC
Ms. Petrovich began her career working as Human Resource Manager and quickly rose to Human Resource Director while extensively with luxury hotels and other organizations in New York, Boston, Miami, and in Washington DC working with union negotiations, compliance, and opening and closing hotels.
