Founded in 2024 by U.S. Army retired Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Harris, 4C’s Hemispheric LLC is a SBA Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) headquartered in Northeast Pennsylvania with a field office in Houston, Texas.

Since then, he has managed businesses as CEO supporting the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) on several programs at NASA, Johnson Space Center in Houston, NASA Ames

He worked as Director of IT for a large maritime company for many years and coordinated with the US Navy in the shipment of equipment internationally. Dr. Zoula directed all communications and IT infrastructure for the company while also teaching Marine Technology classes at Maritime College, State University of New York. Dr. Zoula has also worked closely with FEMA in times of natural disasters.

Ms. Revels is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for family health and welfare. As a PMHNP, Frances' talents are multifaceted. As well as clinician, she has worked as an educator, mental health advocate, therapist and scientist.
Ms. Revels’ career includes two decades working as an inpatient registered nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital, among other hospitals In Connecticut. In her positions, she utilized critical thinking and clinical skills to provide patient and family education, advocating for patient’s needs and addressing inequalities that impact human health. Ms. Revels is deeply aware of the family dynamics experiencing role transitions and the importance of addressing mental health as an essential component of achieving overall health and safety for individuals.
Ms. Revels joined 4C’s Hemispheric LLC to assist the armed forces veterans our company work with, many of whom are in need of trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and addressing relationship health.
